The Nominating Committee plays a critical role in ensuring the effective leadership and governance of our organization. Tasked with the responsibility of identifying and selecting a slate of candidates for the positions of Officers and Directors of the Corporation, this committee carefully evaluates potential candidates to ensure they possess the necessary skills, experience, and commitment to advance the organization’s mission and goals.

Each year, in preparation for the Annual Meeting, the Nominating Committee presents this slate of candidates to the membership for voting. The committee's work is guided by principles of transparency, fairness, and inclusivity, ensuring that all candidates are considered based on their qualifications and the needs of the organization. After finalizing the slate, the Nominating Committee files a comprehensive report with the board, detailing their recommendations and the rationale behind each selection.

Through its diligent efforts, the Nominating Committee ensures that the organization is led by capable and dedicated individuals who are equipped to guide it towards continued success.

The FDA/PGA Committee serves as a vital liaison between our trade community and various government agencies, including the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other Participating Government Agencies (PGAs). This committee is dedicated to resolving the complex regulatory and compliance issues that our members face in their interactions with these agencies. By working closely with FDA and PGAs, the committee helps to clarify requirements, expedite processes, and address any challenges that arise, ensuring smoother operations for all involved.

In addition to its problem-solving efforts, the FDA/PGA Committee is committed to fostering strong relationships between our members and these agencies. To facilitate direct communication and collaboration, the committee arranges for representatives from these agencies to participate in at least one of our luncheon events each year. These events provide a unique opportunity for our members to engage with agency officials, ask questions, and gain valuable insights into regulatory developments.
